Union Public Utility District (UPUD) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Certified Public Accounting firms to provide professional auditing services. The selected firm will perform annual independent audits, prepare required financial reports, and support the District in meeting all applicable state and federal reporting standards.
